Treating Street Kids As Thanksgiving For The Yagit's Success Brings Personal Satisfaction To Yasmien Kurdi And Its Stars

YASMIEN KURDI says she felt so fulfilled when she led the cast of "Yagit" in a special event for streetkids that is a gesture of thanksgiving of everyone involved in the show for the great success they're getting in the ratings game. "Nakakatuwa talaga tingnan ang mga batang dinala namin sa Enchanted Kingdom habang nage-enjoy sila sa iba't ibang rides, games, musical numbers namin at sa mga pagkaing inihanda namin sa kanila," says Yasmien who plays Dolores in the show.

The show prepared by the cast and production of "Yagit" was entitled "Summer Fun at Enchanted Kingdom: Gift ng Yagit sa Kids", held last Palm Sunday, March 29.

Aside from Yasmien, the other cast members who participated in the said events are child stars Chlaui Malayao, Jemwell Ventinilla, Judie de la Cruz, Zymic Jaranilla, Steph Yamut, and adult actors LJ Reyes, Renz Fernandez, James Blanco, Maricris Garcia, Ina Feleo, Kevin Santos and Bettina Carlos.
"Yagit" is extended to air until May and it's seen daily after "The Half Sisters" on GMA-7's Afternoon Prime.
