Pinagbibidahan ng Jewel of Romance na si Cristine Reyes, Prince of Passion Zanjoe Marudo at ng most sensual sweethearts on-screen na sina Rafael Rosell at Denise Laurel, ang pinakabagong serye ay pinamumunuan ng batikang director na si Rory B. Quintos.
Ang Martha Cecilia’s Kristine ay tungkol sa pag-iibig na namagitan sa mga miyembro ng dalawang pamilyang dalawang dekada ng magkalaban—ang mga Fortalejo at De Silva. Alin nga ba ang mas matimbang para sa kanila—ang lukso ng dugo o pintig ng puso?

Ayon naman sa gumaganap na Emerald Fortalejo na si Denise Laurel, "Kinakabahan kasi after Midnight Phantom ends then after two days, Martha Cecilia’s Kristine naman. I'm eager to hear about the feedback on Emerald compared to Nadja (her character in Midnight Phantom)."
Ginagampanan naman ni Cristine Reyes si Jewel Fortalejo, ang kapatid ni Denise sa kuwento. Nang tanungin kung handa na ba s’yang makipasabayan sa mga drama primetime princesses, gulat ang kanyang naging reaksyon, “Ha?! hindi naman siguro ‘sabayan.’ Masaya na kasi ako na pinagkakatiwalaan ako ng ABS-CBN ng ganitong project.”
"May pressure pagbibida ko sa Martha Cecilia's Kristine,” ayon naman kay Zanjoe Marudo na gumaganap bilang Jaime Reyes, isang karakter na gagawin ang lahat sa pagtatanggol sa mga De Silva. “Dito ko mage-gauge kung kaya ko ba magdala ng isang show o hindi. Dito ko mage-gauge kung hanggang saan ang kaya kong patunayan." Kapana-panabik talaga ang mga eksena lalo pa’t sinasabayan ng theme song na “Ngayon at Kailanman na binigyang buhay ni Ms. Vina Morales.

Continuing the tradition of making programs based on romance novels, “Kristine” stars Jewel of Romance Cristine Reyes, Prince of Passion Zanjoe Marudo, and the most sensual on-screen sweethearts Rafael Rosell and Denise Laurel under the direction of famed director Rory B. Quintos.
“Martha Cecilia’s Kristine” is about four people from rival families—the Fortalejos and the De Silvas—who unexpectedly fall in love with each other. Which is more important for them —loyalty to their family or to the person that they love? Will blood really prove to be thicker than water for these star-crossed lovers?
With the much-awaited debut of the teleserye that will challenge the boundaries of love, the four main characters of the story feel a mix of nervousness and excitement. Cristine Reyes, meanwhile, plays Jewel Fortalejo, the sister of Denise in the story. When asked if she’s prepared to compete with the other drama primetime princesses, Cristine Reyes was obviously surprised. “Ha?! hindi naman siguro ‘sabayan.’ Masaya na kasi ako na pinagkakatiwalaan ako ng ABS-CBN ng ganitong project.”

Zanjoe plays the role of Jaime Reyes, a character willing to do everything in his power to protect the De Silvas. “Dito ko mage-gauge kung kaya ko ba magdala ng isang show o hindi. The scenes from the teleserye are sure to be breathtaking, especially since they are accompanied by the heart-wrenching theme song “Ngayon at Kailanman” performed by Ms. Vina Morales.
