KYLIE PADILLA GRATEFUL VIEWERS WELCOMED HER BACK WITH HER SUCCESSFUL PRIMETIME SHOW, 'BOLERA', THAT'S RATING VERY HIGH

KYLIE PADILLA has reason to rejoice since her comeback TV series, “Bolera”, is rating very well on primetime and the feedback from netizens are all positive and very encouraging.

This means the public accepts her anew after her failed marriage to Aljur Abrenica.

“Nagpapasalamat po talaga ako, lahat kami ng mga kasama ko, sina Rayver Cruz at Jak Roberto, sa mainit na pagtanggap ng viewers sa aming show,” says Kylie.

“It inspires us para lalong pagbutihin ang aming trabaho and we assure them na mas masisiyahan sila sa mga darating pang episodes dahil mas paganda nang paganda ang takbo ng buong kuwento ng ‘Bolera’ in the coming weeks.”

In a GMA interview, she admitted she felt so low after her marriage crumbled.

“I lost my self esteem, lahat. Parang nawasak lahat and I felt I have to build up from the ground up, while raising my two sons. And it’s not easy, my gosh. Kaya nagpapasalamat ako sa GMA for trusting me again and giving me another break.”

She treated what happened to her as a great learning experience.

“I faced so many challenges recently, what with the pandemic, then the break up of our marriage.

"It’s not an easy journey, but it made me more mature in my outlook in life.

"I now cannot just think of myself because of my two sons, Alas and Axl. Their future is in my hands and they’re my utmost priority now.”

Instead of being bitter because of what happened to her marriage, she learned to be more appreciative of what she has.

“Yes, I got to appreciate life more, including my work where I want to do really good for the sake of my sons, who give me a concrete purpose in life.

"Before, ang feeling ko, pagod na pagod na ako, but now, I have more peace of mind at handang lumaban sa lahat ng iba pang challenges na darating.”

She is so thankful for the success of “Bolera”.

“There was a time na akala ko, hindi na ako makakabalik. I felt like I’m back to zero. But the show proved na may puwang pa pala ako sa puso ng mga manonood.

"I’m now all fired up to really do my best. I want to be part of every aspect of the show at gusto ko talagang mapaganda naming lahat ito so as not to disappoint our audiences.”

She is now also more careful with her decisions in life.

“I think I am now more responsible. Bawat bagay, pinag-iisipan ko munang mabuti. Hindi puedeng patatangay ka lang lagi sa emotions mo.

"As a working mom, I am so excited to give my sons a good future. Kapag mas okay na, I want to take them traveling, spend more time with them.”

Is she entertaining new suitors?

“Yes, may mga nagpaparamdam. Pero hindi na ako tulad ng dati na mai-in love ka, tapos mababaliw ka, na parang siya na lang yung buong mundo mo.

"For the longest time, hindi na ako ganoon. I have a better sense of self worth, I have learned from my mistakes.

"Alangan namang you keep on making the same mistakes, di ba? Kasi before, ako lang ang naga-adjust.

"But now, kayo ang mag-adjust sa akin kasi number one na for me ang mga anak ko at ang sarili ko.”
