Ellen Adarna Wants To Give Her Heart A Rest After Succeeding Failed Relationships To Focus On Her Career

ELLEN ADARNA reveals that her relationship with Gwen Zamora’s ex-BF, Raymund Romualdez, didn’t last very long. “We broke up kasi we realized that we’re better off as friends,” she says. “It’s not a bad breakup at all. Wala naman kaming pinag-awayan. Even now nagkakasama pa rin kami as we have the same group of friends. Pero wala na talaga, alam namin na we’re not meant to be together. But it still hurts kasi hindi naman yun joke lang, dahil nag-invest din naman ako ng feelings ko sa kanya.” Right now, she’s not looking for a new boyfriend. “I never do, basta kung may darating, love will come and find me. And I want to rest muna lalo’t good opportunities continue to come my way.”

She feels blessed when it comes to her career as she has a new movie, “You’re Still the One” that opens in theatres today, and a new TV show, “Pasion de Amor”. “I’m really thankful to be given such good projects. I enjoyed working with Direk Chris Martinez in ‘You’re Still the One’ who helped me a lot in my dramatic scenes. Ako yung wife ni Dennis Trillo but our marriage ended in failure kasi si Maja Salvador ang true love niya. Dream come true ito for me kasi nasa GMA pa ko, gusto ko na talaga makatrabaho si Dennis. In ‘Pasion de Amor’, I get to work naman with Direk Eric Quizon and with Ejay Falcon. Sana magtuloy-tuloy ang magandang takbo ng career ko ngayon. Kasi lagi kong naiisip, ano kayang mangyayari sa akin five years from now. I hope I will still be around doing good projects.”

Right now, she is numero uno in the current poll of FHM 100 Sexiest Women 2015, which proves she has lots of fans supporting her now that Marian Rivera (number one two years in a row) is preggy and out of the running. “Sana tuloy-tuloy lang ang pagboto nila sa akin hanggang matapos ang period ng botohan,” says Ellen.
