Child Actor Raikko Mateo Enjoys Being Local TV's New Boy Wonder

RAIKKO MATEO is such a cute little boy who quickly won the hearts of viewers as “Honesto”. In their farewell presscon, Raikko said he’s really happy “kasi napapanood ko na ang sarili ko sa telebisyon.” He’s a very polite boy who answers every question with “po” and “opo”.

When asked to sing, he quickly belted out a song titled “Buko”. When asked to dance, he also danced right away. At the age of 5, Raikko is already a winner. How has his life changed after he zoomed to fame as “Honesto”, which ends next week?

“Pag nagpunta po ako sa mall, pinagkakaguluhan po ako ng mga tao, lahat nagpapa-picture sa’kin,” he says. “Pinagbibigyan ko naman po sila at nagpapasalamat ako sa panonood nila sa’kin.”

He must be rich by now. What happens to the money he earns as “Honesto”? “Iniipon po lahat ng mommy ko.”

His wish is for have to a new program right after “Honesto” and this is quickly granted as Dreamscape exec Biboy Arboleda says he’ll be featured next in five episodes of “Wansapanataym” then he’ll start his new teleserye after that.
