Max Collins Gets Lavish Praise From Direk Maryo De Los Reyes

MAX COLLINS (formerly Isabel Abiera) is awed by the positive feedback for her performance as Cindy on GMA-7 “Pahiram ng Sandali”. Even their director, Maryo de los Reyes, was quoted saying she’s a competent actress and he believes she’ll go very far in her career. “Magaling siya lalo roon sa rape scene sa kanya ni Neil Ryan Sese as Andrew,” he adds. “You can see nahirapan siya nang husto but she never complained sa ikagaganda ng eksena. At kaya niya makipagsabayan ng acting with veterans like Lorna Tolentino and Christopher de Leon.”

“I’m really so touched sa lahat ng papuri even from ordinary viewers,” says Max. “Hindi nga ako makapaniwala nang sabihin ni Direk Maryo na gusto niya akong igawa ng movie dahil bilib siya talagang may ibubuga ako sa pag-arte. I’m now praying na sana nga, matuloy, kasi I really want to do a movie.”

As Cindy in “Pahiram ng Sandali”, she gets jealous of Neri Naig as Reina who she suspects to be Dingdong Dantes’ past girlfriend. Her mom, Lorna Tolentino as Janice, is having problems of her own after Neil Ryan Sese learned that she had a one-night stand with Dingdong as Alex at the time she has just reconciled with her husband Christopher de Leon as Philip.
