For a while, he was nervous as to how viewers will accept his role as Eric in “Biritera” that is ending this week. “Kasi saksakan ako ng sama sa ‘Munting Heredera’, tapos dito, mabait na ako at ka-love team ko pa si Angelika de la Cruz,” he says. “Buti na lang maganda ang feedback at tinanggap din ako kahit mabait ang role ko as the real dad of Roseanne Magan.”
He enjoys working with Angelika and Dennis Trillo. “Magagaling kasi sila kaya masarap kaeksena. Mas madali rin ang trabaho kasi huhugot ka na lang sa kanila. Nakakalungkot nga na matatapos na ang aming show.”
Though busy with TV now, he still wants to do indie films. He has completed “Hindi Natatapos ang Gabi” where he did full frontal nudity. Writer Jun Nardo asked him: “Daks ka ba?” He laughed and we thought he’d ignore the question but he did reply. “Sakto lang.” Doesn’t he have any qualms about nudity? “Basta kailangan sa story, okay lang.”
