Robi Domingo Acquits Himself As Pinoy Big Brother Host

ROBI DOMINGO made quite an impression as the only male co-host of Toni Gonzaga and Bianca Gonzales in “PBB Unlimited”, so we’re not surprised that he’s retained as host of “PBB Teens Season 4”. At opening night, he didn’t only do well as a host but he also excelled in his 70s dance numbers with John Prats. We really take our hat off to Robi as he’s busy with showbiz and yet was still able to finish his college course at the Ateneo last March, graduating with a B.S. in Health Scienes, preparatory to Medicine.

“I’m so thankful napagsabay ko ang pag-aaral at ang showbiz,” he says. “So when I went upstage to get my diploma, I felt a deep sense of satisfaction and accomplishment as it’s quite a feat for me. I’ve learned so much both from showbiz and from school and it’s one unforgettable experience as it’s really no joke sacrificing my time with friends and family sa dami ng ginagawa ko. But it’s all worth it dahil I’ve proven to myself na kaya kong gawin pareho. Even at the time na sobrang dami ng work ko at pumapasok ako sa school na kulang sa tulog, I never thought of stopping my education. Mahirap talaga ang pinagdaanan ko, but my goal is really to get a college degree at nakuha ko naman yun. So I can say I’m proud of myself.”

He’s really a good role model to all other young stars who quickly turn their back on their studies once they get busy with showbiz work.
