NEWS5 Public Service offers help to motorists travelling to the north in its motorist assistance project, Aksyon Semana Santa, with their emergency rescue unit, Rescue5, along with first aiders of the Philippine Red Cross. They can avail of this in different posts along the stretch of North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) and Subic-Clark-Tarlac-Expressway (SCTEx) from today up to Easter. Rescue5 teams include paramedic-reporters and news personnel who had undergone training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). “Aksyon Semana Santa” will continue to provide assistance to motorists on their way back to Metro Manila on the first few hours of Monday (April 25).
