THE CAST AND crew of “Temptation Island” shot in the sand dunes of Ilocos from Saturday to Tuesday. They’re now back in Manila for Holy Week and will return to Ilocos for the resumption of the shoot on after Easter. We got an invitation to visit them there next week and we said yes. Paulo Avelino he didn’t make it to the shoot. He was afflicted with pneumonia for one week and his doctor told him to rest as he’s not that well enough to work yet, especially in Ilocos where the sand dunes are intensely hot he might just have a relapse. The day before the departure for Ilocos, Regal Entertainment quickly searched for his replacement. Newcomer

Marian Rivera’s leading men in “Amaya”, was the one chosen. This guy is really so lucky. Imagine, he now has a big TV show coming up and also a big movie that’s remade of what’s considered as a camp classic especially in the advertising world.
