The cast of the original movie about beauty queens marooned in an island and directed by the late Joey Gosiengfiao includes beauty queens Azenith Briones, Jennifer Cortez and Bambi Arambulo, plus Dina Bonnevie and Deborah Sun. The new version written and directed by Chris Martinez (“Here Comes the Bride”, “100”) will have Marian Rivera in the Azenith role, Lovi Poe as Jennifer, Solenn Heussaff as Bambi, Heart as Dina, and Rufa Mae Quinto as Deborah.
