Tom and Hermes caught the public’s attention when they joined the top-rating reality program PBB where they made a distinct mark. Tom was evicted because of an emotional outburst during one of their group activities. Hermes stood out because of his long and luscious hair. He was also entangled in a love triangle with fellow housemates Cathy Remperas and Carol Batay.
Tom and Hermes share some things in common. Besides being Backroom and Star Magic artists and former PBB housemates, they both lived in the United States. Tom migrated to the US when he was 12 years old with his mom and dad who is a US Navy serviceman while Hermes is a US-born Filipino who grew up in Pampanga but later left for San Diego, California. Both auditioned for PBB in San Francisco, California.
The call of fame seems irresistible for Tom and Hermes. Their showbiz careers don’t stop when they left Kuya’s house. They are now regular fixtures on television with acting and guest appearances on ABS-CBN shows like Precious Hearts Romances and Your Song.
Tom recently starred in Precious Hearts Romances Presents Love Me Again opposite Valerie Concepcion. He is part of the cast of Here Comes the Bride starring Angelica Panganiban and Eugene Domingo. Hermes is now busy taping Agimat: Ang Mga Alamat ni Ramon Revilla Presents Elias Paniki.
