RHIAN RAMOS CONFESSES SHE GOT DEPRESSED AFTER BREAKING UP WITH HER ISRAELI BOYFRIEND WHO RETURNED TO THE STATES

RHIAN WITH BOYFRIEND AMIT BORSOK IN HAPPIER DAYS

RHIAN RAMOS is currently nursing a broken heart so she’s glad to be very busy these days to keep her mind away from feeling sad.

She is now in the “Truly Madly Deadly” episode of “I Can See You” where she plays the third wheel in the tandem of real life sweethearts Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo.

She’s also resuming the taping of her disrupted hit primetime soap, “Love of My Life”, with Carla Abellana.

In her recent vlog, Rhian revealed she lost 15 lbs. because of personal struggles against depression brought about by the lockdown and also by her recent breakup with her Israeli boyfriend, Amit Borsok, who has gone back to the States.

“I went through a breakup and I had a really hard time, guys. Not just because I was brokenhearted and shattered, but other things in my life were also giving me a lot of stress.

"I was in so much pain and so much stress and I wasn’t getting out of my bed and I wasn’t sleeping right and when I would eat, nothing tasted like anything. I was under so much stress that my body basically started eating itself,” she confessed.

She had relationships before that also ended, but it was so easy to bounce back then since she can easily call friends and go out to help distract herself. But this time, because of the corona lockdown, she cannot do such a thing anymore.

“But eventually, I learned how to take better care of myself,” she says. “There's really nothing like going back to work and being productive.

"I now eat three square meals a day, exercise regularly, attend Bible studies for my spiritual health and gets enough sleep. I want to assure everyone that I will be A-okay like before, in my own time and with God’s help.”
