EX-MAYOR HERBERT BAUTISTA JUST IGNORES HIS BASHERS AND CONTINUES TO HELP VIRUS VICTIMS IN NEED QUIETLY

EX QC-MAYOR HERBERT BAUTISTA was bashed in social media just because he posted on Facebook that people should be more careful of the virus these days.

He was obviously misinterpreted when he wrote: “Common sense is not a symptom of COVID-19, it is the reason you got the disease.”

Some folks thought he’s referring to frontliners with his post and quickly bashed him, saying he has not done anything to fight the virus.

Mayor Bistek’s defenders reminded the bashers that they forgot that Herbert is a frontliner himself as he’s a reserved general of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

During his term as QC Mayor, he was able to put up new hospitals and made the necessary arrangements for it to be able to serve poor patients. He’s also hoping victims of the pandemic without any publicity or self promotions.

“I told my supporters to just ignore the trolls and bashers on social media,” he says. “After all, wala namang katotohanan ang mga bintang nila sa akin. While we’re on lockdown, I busy myself na lang helping others in need and, in my spare time, I try to paint and watch Koreanovelas.”
