“It means inflammation of the joints in my knees,” she says. “It’s difficult to explain, but so far, carry ko pa naman. Kahit may pain, naitatawid ko pa naman ang performance ko halos gabi-gabi. Basta, fight lang. I claim my healing from our Lord Jesus Christ who turns me into a Warrior Princess in my role as Gigi.”
Her contract with the “Miss Saigon” musical tour is for one year. “So, please pray for me na matapos ko naman ang contract ko with them. Please pray for me na gumaling na ang tuhod ko at makapag-perform ako without any hitches every night. Tinatanong naman nila kung gusto ko bang papalitan muna ako, but I assure them na kaya ko pa. With all your prayers and with the Lord’s help, I’m sure maitatawid ko ito for one year.”
