Starstruck3 Discovery Vivo Ouano Returns In A Sexy Stage Play, 'Para Los Adultos', Where He Plays A Masseur With Love Scenes With April Gustilo & John Raspado

VIVO OUANO is part of Starstruck 3 in 2005 where the winner was the late Marky Cielo. His other batchmates were Jackie Rice, Iwa Moto, Arci Munoz, Vaness del Moral, Chuck Allie, Johan Santos. He was only 15 years old when he joined it. He was given supporting roles after that, in shows like “Love to Love” and “Zaido, Pulis Pangkalawakan”, but his career never took off and he faded away.

He later got arrested in a buy bust operation in 2011 and was detained in Camp Crame, but the case against him was eventually dismissed. Now, he’s back in showbiz and when we saw him at the presscon of the 3-act stage play he’s doing, “Solo Para Adultos”, he’s so much different from what he was when he first joined showbiz. He’s even better looking than some lead actors we now have, more buff and exudes more confidence. He’s definitely leading man material and truly deserves a second chance.

“Siguro it’s God’s will na rin para makabalik ako,” he says. “More than five years akong natigil, e. I prayed for his guidance kung para ba sa’kin talaga ang showbiz o hindi. I joined sa auditions at nakuha ako sa ABS-CBN sa ‘Wildflower’ and then sa GMA where I did an episode in ‘Tadhana’ recently, then I auditioned in this play at nakuha naman, so sana magtuloy-tuloy na this time.”

He has no manager. “Kasi yung mga nago-offer, gusto nila maging magkarelasyon kami. Sabi, ganun daw talaga ang kalakaran. E, may asawa na ako, I have two kids. I want to make it on my own. Iniisip ko na lang, kundi talaga para sa’kin ang showbiz, okay rin lang, hindi ko ipipilit. But so far, may projects pa naman.”

In “Solo Para Adultos”, he plays Alfred, a masseur who is the ex-lover of April Gustilo as Veronica Fox (former “Wowowee” host), who became a big porn star in the USA. He then meets John Raspado (current Mr. Gay World winner in Spain), who plays JV San Miguel, a big name actor who is actually a closet queen. John falls in love with him and offers to help him get into showbiz. Vivo will have sex scenes with both April and John. Didn’t he have second thoughts about it?

“Okay lang naman,” he says. “Stage play naman ito and as the title says, it’s meant For Adults Only, Solo Para Adultos. First time ko to try theatre acting and I’m enjoying it. The play is very sexy and it’s going to be shown for one night only in Music Museum on October 20.”
