Bea Binene Narrates Difficulty Of Taping The Aerial Game Called Sipakbul That They Do In 'Mulawin Vs. Ravena'

BEA BINENE says one of the most difficult things she does in “Mulawin Vs. Ravena” is playing the aerial game called Sipakbul. This is like the Quidditch game in Harry Potter films where they are flying while being engaged in a unique contest that requires them to fly high and do stunts in the air.
“Mahirap ang taping ng eksena kasi ma-action siya but we have to make yung mga galaw namin well controlled and limited kasi nakabitin kami sa harness while playing it,” she says. “Dapat perfect lagi ang timing pati doon sa pagsipa namin sa bola kasi it’s like playing soccer, pero nasa ere kayong lahat. But so far, okay naman ang pagpapagod namin kasi maganda ang feedback from the viewers. Talagang naa-appreciate nila yung kakaibang game na nilalaro namin.”

The characters who are directly affected by the results of the exciting game of Sipakbul are Bianca Umali as Lawiswis and Miguel Tanfelix as Pagaspas. They have to score a lot of points so they will be allowed to leave Avila for their love affair to flourish. If they would fail, then their relationship would be adversely affected.

Meantime, another young actor in the show is getting good reviews for his fine acting, Kiko Estrada, who plays Rodrigo. He’s quite intense on cam and he reveals that ten minutes before he faces the camera, he quiets down in a corner to fully internalize his role and the scene he’ll do so he can deliver exactly what their director expects. As a result, he shows that he really has what it takes to be a serious dramatic actor.
