John Lloyd Cruz Admits Romance With Angelica Panganiban Is Over But Denies He's Now Romancing Bea Alonzo

JOHN LLOYD CRUZ shows he’s bent on being recognized as a serious actor in “Hele ng Hiwagang Hapis”. We are really amazed at how he memorized his long long lines in it, including Jose Rizal’s “Mi Ultimo Adios”, and in all fairness to him, he delivered them well. But he obviously knows that if he wants to maintain his popularity with the “masa” audiences that comprise the bulk of his fans, he should still continue to do the romantic-comedies he is famous for, so he will soon be seen in “Just the Three of Us” with Jennylyn Mercado which will open at the last week of April.

About his love life, JLC finally opened his mouth about the rumored breakup with his last girlfriend, Angelica Panganiban. Before her, he was also linked before to Kaye Abad, Ciara Sotto, Liz Uy, Ruffa Gutierrez, Shaina Magdayao, among others. When asked on a recent TV interview, he proclaimed that he is “Single na single”.

This after reports came out that he is vacationing in Hongkong last week and Angelica also happened to be there, so there are those who jumped into the conclusion that they must be together again. But now, as JLC himself declared, they are not. So what’s the reason of their breakup? “I wish I could tell you more, but masyado nang personal yun,” he demurs.

Since he’s definitely off with Angelica, could the rumor that he is now with his perennial ka-love team, Bea Alonzo, be true? JLC said if it’s true, he won’t deny it. “Kung meron kang karelasyon, magiging masaya ka naman para ipamalita yon,” he says. “Hindi naman yun dapat inililihim or itinatago. Life is too short. You have to make every moment count. Kung ang JaDine nga, umaamin, e. Wala talaga akong lovelife sa ngayon.”
As of now, the latest rumor about Bea is that she’s playing beautiful music with Paulo Avelino while they were seen on vacation in Singapore with Enchong Dee.
