Liza Dino Responds To Those Who Are Bashing Her And Husband Aiza Seguerra On Their First Wedding Anniversary

AIZA SEGUERRA is one of the judges of “Born to be a Star” talent search on TV5. In its presscon, he (yes, he, that’s the pronoun he wants to use) said he and wife Liza Dino plan to have kids through in vitro fertilization in the U.S. This led to a barrage of comments in social media bashing them. In response, Liza posted this on her Facebook account:

January 8 marks our first wedding anniversary dito sa Pilipinas. I have evolved and matured as a human being. Nakakalungkot isipin how "religion" can lead to hatred, animosity and discrimination when our spirituality is supposed to enhance our lives and make us better persons.

Tsk tsk.
Liza used to work in the States. But she’s now based in Manila with her own acting career. She just appeared in the award-winning MIFF New Wave entry, “Toto” opposite Sid Lucero, and they were together again in a crucial scene in “Walang Forever”. She has finished another movie, “Ringo, the Dog Shooter” with Janice de Belen and Sandino Martin. She is now shooting “Dyamper”, a Sinag Maynila Filmfest entry in March, directed by Mes de Guzman where she goes a bit daring. She has also put up her own business, Adobo in a Jar, which comes from her being a certified chef.
