Joross Gamboa Excels In Playing Gay Roles On TV And The Big Screen

JOROSS GAMBOA is getting a lot of rave reviews for his portrayal of a transgender who falls in love with Polo Ravales and is willing to share him with Roxanne Guinoo in the last episode of “Magpakailanman”. Members of the LGBT community are said to be very happy about his portrayal. This is the first acting role Joross accepted after he and his wife, Katz Saga, and their baby returned home from a three-month vacation in Canada.

We just wish award-giving bodies will not neglect Joross’ similarly great performance in another gay role, that of a gay English teacher working in Thailand in the underrated drama, “I Love You Thank You”. He is a macho gay in that movie, who’s very much in love with Prince Estefan who, is in turn, in love with CJ Ramos. Actually, the three of them deserve nominations for their effective portrayals of their respective roles in that movie.

About the video scandal he is involved in, several quarters have tried to interview him about it but he wisely decided to keep quiet. Even queries from friends in their Viber group, he no longer bothers to reply to. We think it’s best for him to just keep quiet to let the issue die a natural death. Now, he’s being talked about for his fine performance in “Maalaala Mo Kaya” and no longer about that sex scandal.
