Of course, Megan Young who plays the new Marimar is very happy with this very positive turn of events. “A lot of people told me na inaabangan nila talaga ang transformation ko from the simple and oppressed Marimar to the sophisticated and avenging Bella Aldama,” she says. “They want to find out kung anong klase ng paghihiganti ang gagawin ko sa lahat ng mga taong umapi at umagrabiyado sa akin noong si Marimar pa ako.”
Megan as Bella Aldama first appears in the Masquerade Ball at the launch of her plush Bella Paradiso Resort. Tom Rodriguez as Sergio sees her and calls her Marimar but she rebuffs him, insisting she’s Bella. When Tom becomes persistent, Megan calls the security guards to take him away. Her estranged parents, Zoren Legaspi and Alice Dixson, along with her stepmom, Ina Raymundo, all agree to support Megan in her plan for revenge.
Jaclyn Jose as Angelika asks Dion Ignacio as Nicandro to investigate who this Bella Aldama really is and if she turns out to be Marimar, then she should be killed right away. Megan invites the family of Jaclyn to Bella Paradiso so the Santibanez family and the Aldama family members get to face each other in seductive swimsuits.
Alice, Ina, Carmi Martin and even Jaclyn all done sexy bathing suits trying to outdo each other in terms of sexiness. Megan as Bella and Lauren Young as Antonia also come out to compete in revealing outfits. But naturally, Megan easily outshines Lauren. Tom decides to call off his coming wedding to Lauren. He is determined to win back Megan in her new identity as Bella Aldama.
