Their relationship started when they became co-stars in the hit afternoon soap, "Yagit". We remember that when we made a set visit to the show's location then, LJ was asked about this and she said she's not sure yet if Paolo were really courting her. A few weeks later, when someone asked her about Paolo again, she said they're just good friends.
But now, Paolo himself has revealed that they really get along fine because they belong to the same Christian church, Victory Fellowship. They now attend its worship service on Sundays together. LJ has also posted her photos taken with Paolo and her family, so it's obvious that they have a serious relationship with each other. Paolo says their relationship has actually just started and, at this point, they're just happy being with each others company. "Siya talaga ang nagpapasaya sa akin ngayon," he adds.
Paulo was last seen in the GMA primetime soap "The Rich Man's Daughter" while LJ is now in the cast of two new movies, "Anino sa Likod ng Buwan" (for which she won an international best actress award at Vladivostok, Russia) and "Haunted Mansion", the Regal Entertainment enty in the Metro-Manila Filmfest where she plays the role of a ghost.
