While she’s a taong grasa, she is befriended by a doctor named Kristine (Heart Evangelista), who becomes the new girl of her former BF, Noel (Rocco Nacino). Rocco sees Lovi again but doesn’t recognize her because her face is disfigured. Heart helps to restore Lovi’s former looks with financial assistance from Dina Bonnevie as Alejandra who’s shouldering the expenses for her plastic surgery.
Lovi’s gains back her beauty and Christopher de Leon as Ronaldo gets shocked upon seeing her because he thought all the while that she is dead. His right hand man, Kier Legaspi as Rigor, swears that he sures Lovi is already dead. He heaves a sigh of relief when Lovi does not recognize him at all as she has amnesia and has forgotten all the bad things that happened in her past. But eventually, Lovi will regain her memory and returns to her parents. She learns that her boyfriend Rocco is now in love with someone else and it’s Heart as Kristine, the kind doctor who helped her in her time of need.
