"Hindi naman ako naniniwala sa sinasabing sinadya at consciously, binoykot nila ako," she says. "I'd like to think na may valid reasons sila kung bakit sila hindi nakarating. AKo rin naman, noong kasama lang ako sa top ten, hindi rin ako nakakasipot. But I was happy then para dun sa mga naging number one. Huwag na lang nating palakihin at gawing issue. Okay lang yun. Positive na lang tayo, lalo na for me, I'd rather just focus on myself kasi I'm really so happy sa napakaraming magagandang nangyayari sa career ko ngayon na I have a new soap, 'My Faithful Husband', and I have two new movies, 'Prenup' and 'Walang Forever'. Kung anuman ang magagandang achievements na nangyayari sa mga kapwa ko artista, happy rin ako para sa kanila. Ang importante, rumampa ako bilang thank you ko sa lahat ng mga sumusuporta sa akin."
Among the GMA stars who failed to show up were Andrea Torres, who's number 2, Sam Pinto (no. 4), Solenn Heussaff (no. 5), Max Collins (no. 39) and Lovi Poe. The other winners who were absent at the affair are Kapamilya stars, so it's understandable that they won't appear there and be mere second fiddle chorus girls to a property of their rival channel. These are Angel Locsin, Anne Curtis, Maja Salvador, Angelica Panganiban, Diana Zubiri and Ellen Adarna.Among those who were present at the FHM event and went up on stage to parade in sexy outfits are Alice Dixson, Meg Imperial, Bangs Garcia, Phoemela Baranda, Sunshine Garcia, model Ornusa Cadness, TV5 vamps Valeen Montenegro and Ritz Azul, Aubrey Miles, Patricia Javier, Daiana Menezes and Japanese adult films star Maria Ozawa who's currently making a movie with Robin Padilla.
