Gladys Reyes So Mean To Ai Ai De Las Alas And Pusher Her Down The Stairs

GLADYS REYES was still in cloud 9 when we interviewed her on the set of "Let the Love Begin" where she plays DJ Katy Fairy. We saw her last Wednesday and she just won an Urian award the previous night.

"Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwalang nanalo ako ng Gawad Urian best supporting actress for 'Magkakabaung' kasi puro magagaling ang mga kalaban ko," she says. "It's my very first acting award sa movies kasi bihira naman ako gumawa ng pelikula. My previous trophy from Star Awards was for TV in 'Saan Ka Man Naroroon' in 2001 pa. First time ko rin to do indie movies last year, 'Magkakabaung' nga and 'Barber's Tales' and suwerte nga, kasi my performances in both films both got very positive reviews.

So what happens to her as Katy Fairy in "Let the Love Begin"?

Gladys remains to be a doting mom to her three kids: Christopher, 10, who's in grade 5; Aquisha, 8, grade 2; and Grant, 5, pre-school. "Itong week na ito, naging busy kami kasi bumalik na silang lahat sa school kaya naging busy rin ako attending to my mommy duties to make sure na ayos ang lahat ng kanilang gamit sa kanilang pagbabalik sa eskwela."
