Is it true Paulo Avelino had something to do with their breakup? “Paulo has already denied that. We did a movie together, ‘Mara’, for Regal Films, where I play the sister of Isabelle Diaz. We hang out in a group, but Paulo is just a friend and co-worker.”
Aside from “Mara”, she’s now hosting “Move It” every Sunday night on TV5 with Tom Taus and she is due to start another movie soon for APT Productions, opposite Kapuso actor Alden Richards. So isn’t she looking for a new love? “Ang love naman, mahahanap mo sa lahat ng tao. I’m active in helping out other people as the new ambassador for the youth of World Vision. Actually, my involvement with it started while I was still astudent in Australia and I joined their campaign against hunger and malnutrition called Famine, along with my Ate Anne. We sponsor poor children in World Vision to help alleviate their suffering. I also participated in helping typhoon victims in Metro-Manila in 2013, earthquake victims in Bohol and in rehabilitating a public school in Malabon. This helped me become more socially aware.”

“No, I just want to show that at 21, I’m more healthy and fit. It doesn’t mean magpapa-sexy na agad. I just want to show my progress in having a healthier lifestyle, eating right and doing the right exercise.”
