Ruffa Gutierrez Talks Freely About Her Daughters, Their Estranged Dad, Her Mom And Sarah Lahbati's Mom

RUFFA GUTIERREZ is a very proud at the launch of her daughter Lorin and Venice's creations with Rajo Laurel in Love Collection 2. "I want them to realize early on the value of earning your own money," she says. "Everything they earn will also go to them naman, lalo na nga they want to do and buy a lot of things, so they have to work for it dahil hindi naman super rich ang mommy nila na wala ring natatanggap na tulong from their own dad na matagal nang nawawala. I cannot give naman everything they ask for so they also have to help me earn for their own future. Hindi naman puedeng basta bigay ka lang ng bigay. I give them rewards or incentives, lalo na if they get good grades in school. Walang puedeng magsabi na pinalaki ko silang spoiled."
Do her daughters approve of her current BF from Paris, Jordan Mouyal? "Okay naman sila. Mabait sa kanila si Jordan, very supportive Pero si Jordan, natakot sa mga reporter na lumapit sa kanya sa launch ng Love Collection 2. Biglang nawala. Tumakas. Puro interview raw sa kanya, so he escaped because he couldn't even eat."

But her mom doesn't approve of Jordan and is very vocal about this. As a matter of fact, Annabelle Rama didn't approve of her pictorial with Jordan for a recent magazine. "Kasi nga, hindi ko siya na-inform, which I didn't do kasi alam ko naman hindi siya papayag. Ayaw niya kay Jordan kasi lagi raw may dalang laptop computer. Well, yun kasi ang trabaho niya. He's an engineer. Hindi naman siya naglalaro lang doon ng computer games."

Annabelle also doesn't approve of Jordan because he's younger than her and their relationship won't last because of their gap. "How can she be so sure? Fortune teller ba siya. The French don't care about age gaps. At bakit, mukha na ba akong mas gurang sa kanya. Excuse me, I still look so fresh, no?"

But Ruffa is glad that her mom has patched things up with Esther Lahbati, the mommy of her brother Richard's significant other, Sarah. It'll be recalled that the two moms had a falling out when Esther felt she was being ifnored by Annabelle at Baby Zion's baptismal party. At the Love Collection 2 launch, Ruffa showed a photo of her mom and Esther laughing with Baby Zion in between them, also laughing heartily. Ruffa captioned the photo as: "Well, someone is happy that his two Lolas have kissed and made up! Indeed timing is everything!"
