Ex-Sweethearts Ramon Christopher And Tina Paner Together Again In 'Once Upon A Kiss'

TO FURTHER enhance the already engaging story of “Once Upon a Kiss”, there will be new developments in it. Manilyn Reynes as Aurora passes the college exams she took and she can now pursue her dream of getting a degree. She decides to take up Hotel & Restaurant Management in Manila. Since she has no place to stay in Manila, Anna Roces as Daisy offers her own home to Manilyn. It turns out Bianca Umali as Ella also gets a special scholarship to study in Manila, so mother and daughter live together. Miguel Tanfelix as Prince doesn’t know yet that Ella will be studying in Manila so he will get the biggest surprise of his life.
New characters in Manila are added, led by Tina Paner as Sofia, who’ll be Manilyn’s friend, and Ramon Christopher as Simon, Manilyn’s teacher. It’ll be recalled that Tina and Monching were sweethearts in real life during their teens, but Monching married Lotlot de Leon and they have five kids. Tina is now also separated from her Spanish husband with whom she has a daughter. This is the first time they work together again in a soap.

Also new are Nicole Dulalia as Lily and Jenny Alvarez as Amber, Ella’s mean girl classmates at St. Patrick's Academy, and Rosemarie Sarita as Aling Betang, owner of the canteen where Manilyn finds work.
