Dingdong Dantes Secure Of His Masculinity, Wears High Heels In Women's March

DINGDONG DANTES is one actor who’s secure of his masculinity so he didn’t have any qualms wearing high heels, something actors rumored to be gay will surely won’t do. This was at the Women’s Day Celebration march held by the National Youth Commission where he is a Commissioner at Large.
He says: “Nagsuot ako ng high heels bilang pagbibigay-pugay sa mga kababaihan sa buong mundo, sa Nanay, mga kapatid, at lalo na sa asawa kong si Marian.‪ Ngayong may asawa na ako, mas magandang maintindihan ko ang sacrifices that women have made and will continue to do for me. Let’s support all moves to strengthen the implementation of the social protection of women and ensuring women leadership that is beyond cultural boundaries and religious norms. A snappy salute to all the women in the world!”

Starting tonight, Dong assumes a new identity as Father Kokoy. Don’t miss the pilot of his inspirational soap, “Pari ‘Koy”, tonight after “24 Oras” as it will be star- studded, with Starstruck alumni Mark Herras and Kris Bernal as the newlyweds whose wedding Fr. Kokoy will officiate. Other guests include Mike Tan, Sheena Halili, Andrea del Rosario, Leandro Baldemor, Vincent Magbanua and Jak Roberto as Fr. Kokoy’s sacristan.

The pilot will also show Fr. Kokoy playing the drums with a rock band, blessing a new house, helping build their church’s adoration chapel, baking bread for the poor, helping a pregnant woman give birth, jogging and greeting the people in his rural parish called San Agustin, only to find out that he will be transferred to a slum area in Manila called Barangay Pinagpala.

His parishioners in San Agustin all cry as they bid him goodbye. In Pinagpala, a group of tambays accost him for helping a girl they’re molesting. They nearly maul him but Jojit Lorenzo as Tomas, his assistant, arrives to tell them Fr. Kokoy is their new priest. Fr. Kokoy also meets the corrupt barangay captain, Jude (Gabby Eigenmann), who tells him they used to be classmates in grade school and Fr. Kokoy was a bully who stabbed his hand when they were kids.
