LJ Reyes On Her Reported Romance With Dennis Trillo & Ex Paulo Avelino's Aborted Romance With KC Concepcion

LJ REYES was at the GMA presscon for their Kapuso Kontrabida stars (that include Chynna Ortaleza, Rich Asuncion, Charee Pineda, Thea Tolentino, Joanna Marie Tan at Vaness del Moral), but she doesn’t play a villain role in her new project, “Yagit”. “Ako ang kukupkop sa mga batang yagit,” she says. “Ewan ko lang kung magiging masama ako later, but I don’t mind kasi sanay na ko sa kontrabida roles. My last was in ‘Prinsesa ng Buhay Ko’.”

How come she’s now being linked to Dennis Trillo? “Hindi ko rin alam. Siguro dahil may ginagawa kaming movie, ‘The Janitor’, for Direk Mike Tuviera. I play his wife. Pero ni hindi niya ako nililigawan kaya tigilan na.”

She must be hoping she and Paulo Avelino will still reconcile? “Ay hinding-hindi na po. Tapos na yung chapter na yun sa buhay ko.”

How come she hasn’t found a new BF after Paulo? “Hindi pa ko ready. Na-link din ako sa iba (like JC De Vera), pero hindi rin totoo. Okay lang naman akong single. Ayoko madaliin. Gusto ko, next time, yung mapipili ko, for sure nang magiging partner ko in life. Ayoko nung boyfriend na naman. Gusto ko, seryosohan na kasi may anak na ako, e.”

Does she have communication with Paulo? “Yes, for our son Aki. Wala akong mairereklamo kasi he’s really a good and responsible father. He tries to find time for Aki.”


Does she get jealous when Paulo courted KC Concepcion? “No. Kung magkakatuluyan sila, I’m happy for them.”
