How True That TV5 Boss MVP Has Bought Gma & Is Getting Kris Aquino To Head It?

THE LOUDEST BUZZ in showbiz these days is that GMA-7 has already been bought by mogul Manny V. Pangilinan, who owns TV5. This has been reported several times before but it always proved to be a dud. But this time, there’s a new development. It’s said MVP is now recruiting Kris Aquino to be the new president of GMA, making her the counterpart of Charo Santos on ABS-CBN.

Kris has long expressed her desire to handle this kind of executive job and her contract with ABS-CBN has already expired recently. Rumor (again, it’s just a rumor) has it that she won’t renew her contract with ABS so she can take the job of being GMA’s new top honcho. No denials (nor confirmations) have been made. Let’s see if all these chismis would come true in 2014 or it’s just another old wives’ tale of pure unadulterated hogwash, like previous such stories.
