She’s wearing a ring. Is that an engagement ring given by her BF Sen. Chiz Escudero? “Hindi naman porke may ring ako, engaged na. I’ve always been open and honest naman, so definitely, kapag engaged na kami, I will let my fans know sa Instagram pa lang. At this point, I honestly feel it’s not time for marriage kasi enjoy pa ako doing what I want to do. But who knows? I can still change my mind next year. After all, 28 na ako, so I’m just open to anything. Basta I’ll let you know.”
Now that she went sexy for Tanduay, will she also be open to do more sexy scenes in the movies? “I have to think about it. Okay lang kasi sa still fotos, like calendars, but sa moving picture, ibang usapan na yun. But in terms of doing more mature materials, I guess ginagawa ko na ngayon yun in the movie I’m shooting for Viva, ‘My Trophy Wife’, where I’m paired with Derek Ramsay. We have some pretty hot love scenes in it.”
Won’t Sen. Chiz get jealous? “No, he knows the nature of my work as an actress and he understands. I don’t meddle with his work so he doesn’t meddle with mine. But he has seen my calendars and he approves of the fotos. Ilalagay raw niya sa banyo niya.”
She considers 2013 a good year. “I had ‘Forever’ on TV sa early part of the year and now, I’m doing ‘Magkano Ba ang Pag-ibig’. Tapos napasali ako sa ‘Startalk’ as co-host. Now, there’s this new endorsement for Tanduay Distillery in time for it’s 160th anniversary as a company. So, maraming blessings. But I’m looking forward to a brighter new year since I’ll have another movie project and two more endorsements coming in 2014. I’m really praying it’ll be a peaceful new year for our whole country. No more calamities like earthquakes and typhoons, please.”
