Sam Milby Wooing Jessy Mendiola Even If He's Nine Years Older Than Her

NOW THAT his soap with Judy Ann Santos has ended, Sam Milby can concentrate on the movie he’s doing with Viva, “The Gifted”, directed by Chris Martinez. It pairs him anew with ex-girlfriend Anne Curtis, with whom he did “Babe, I Love You” for Star Cinema three years ago when they were still on.

Don’t ask anymore if he and Anne’s feelings for each other will be rekindled since it’s common knowledge that Anne is now very much in love with Erwin Heussaff and Sam himself has admitted that he is now seriously courting Jessy Mendiola.

“I like her, she’s beautiful,” he declared on TV. “I like her simplicity. Hindi siya maarte. She’s aware na nililigawan ko siya.”

Never mind if, at 29, he’s 9 years older than Jessy who’s only 20.

“She might be young but she’s mature for her age,” he says. “The few times that we’ve hanged out together have been fun.”

Sam and Jessy met each other when they were paired in an episode of “Maalaala Mo Kaya” last year. Jessy is now busy taping for her new show, “Maria Mercedes”, that will be launched soon.
