KEVIN SANTOS has played gay roles before but it’s only now that he’s making a lot of impact as Danny, the macho gay best friend of Dennis Trillo in “My Husband’s Lover” who tries to knock some sense into his head when he hooked up with Tom Rodriguez, a married man. Tonight in GMA News TV’s “Mars”, he’ll show that he’s really straight as he demonstrates a gravity defying exercise called Acro Yoga. He’ll then join hosts Camille Prats and Suzi Entrata in the group discussion on parasitic siblings: “Kailan dapat maputol ang pagiging dependent ni Utol?” Another special guest is Rochelle Pangilinan who’ll show how to cook her special “kare-kare” recipe. For Friday, “Mars” features the reunion of the former kiddie singers of “Pop Star Kids” who later formed the group called Sugar Pop. Now teenagers, the group is composed of Julie Anne San Jose, Rita de Guzman and the boys Pocholo and Renzo. “Mars” is seen weeknights at 6 PM on GMA Channel 11.
