Gretchen Barretto Chooses Not To Answer Her Mom'S Accusations Against Her

GRETCHEN BARRETTO was the guest co-host in “The Buzz” last Sunday, subbing for Charlene Gonzales who’s busy campaigning in Bicol with husband Aga Muhlach. When interviewed by Boy Abunda, also her manager, about her current problems with her mom, she cried but wisely demurred in answering her mom’s allegations against her.

“Mahirap ang pinagdaraanan ko ngayon. Hindi madali yung pinag-uusapan ka ng buong Pilipinas. Away pamilya ito, hindi dapat isapubliko,” she simply said.

She then added she’s more concerned with her daughter Dominique. “Years from now, she’ll look back and she’ll remember na ‘My mom never fought back’. And that’s what’s important to me.”

She reportedly plans to sue her sister Gia Barretto-Reyes who’s now based in the U.S. for maligning her. Since Gia is in the U.S., that’s where she’ll file the case. As for Claudine, she just posted a photo on Instagram showing her happily posing after having dinner with their parents and siblings who are siding with her. It’s as if she wants to show that she’s in good terms with them while her Ate Gretchen is not.
