Marian Rivera Gets Sick On The Set, But The Show Must Go On

WHILE TAPING ‘Temptation of Wife’ early this week, Marian Rivera suddenly experienced severe headache and was rushed to the doctor for a checkup. She was told to rest for at least three days. But she cannot do this as there are scenes needed in the soap that will be taped today and aired in the same night, so she still went to tape the needed scenes hoping her headache won’t return.

“Hindi ko puedeng pabayaan ang ‘Temptation of Wife’, lalo na ngayong lagi kaming nagna-number one,” she says. “Panalong-panalo sa ratings yung eksenang nag-away kami’t nagsabunutan ni Glaiza de Castro as Heidi. Gustong-gusto ng viewers yung pinahihirapan ko siya dahil inapi-api niya ko nang husto. Nang mag-away kami, nasaksak niya ang sarili niya sa tiyan with a fork at dahil doon, nabuking ni Dennis Trillo as Marcel na hindi pala siya totoong buntis. Dahil dito, magagalit sa kanya pati parents ni Marcel. Susugurin niya ko but this time, ready na ko lamaban sa kanya nang husto kasi nga hindi naman pala siya buntis at all.”
