Pinoy Dream Academy Runnerup Ronnie Liang Is Back With A New Album With Viva Records

RONNIE LIANG is a runnerup in the first Pinoy Dream Academy who came up with a hit album at Universal Records that spawned the hit song “Ngiti”. He went abroad for a while but now, he’s back, managed by Viva Artists Agency, and he has a new album, “Ronnie Liang: May Minamahal”, to be launched soon in “Party Pilipinas”.

“I’m really happy with my new album as I myself chose the songs in it,” says Ronnie who’s tagged as the Prince of Ballads. “I have an emotional connection with these songs and can express them with all my heart and soul.”

The carrier single is “Akala Mo”, originally by Aiza Seguerra, now given a more upbeat sound. His version of Hajji Alejandro’s “May Minamahal”, the title track, also has a fresh new take. Other songs in the album are “Mangarap Ka”, “Kaputol ng Isang Awit”, “Beginning Today” and a Christmas song “O Holy Night”. Also in the album are the minus ones of these songs. Watch Ronnie promote the album at Harbort Point Subic on November 17, Marquee Mall Pampanga on November 23, Market Market on December 2, Ayala Mall Cebu on December 14, the new Centrio Ayala Mall at Cagayan de Oro on December 15, and Alabang Town Center on December 16.
