    Mother Lily Commissions Chef Sau Del Rosario To Cook Her Birthday Dinner

    MOTHER LILY MONTEVERDE turns a year older today and she’ll have a big bash at Imperial Palace tonight, with a special dinner prepared by Chef Sau del Rosario, who hosted ‘Kitchen Battles’, ‘Secrets of the Master’ and “Sarap to Heart” on GMA. Born on Oct. 25, 1964, Sau comes from a family of chefs from Pampanga. He took up HRM at UP then enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America where his dad also studied. He has worked with the country’s top hotels and also in Paris, Singapore and Shanghai. He'll cook various sumptuous dishes just for Mother Lily's special day.


    The special guests of Mother Lily are Lovi Poe, Empress, Benjamin Alves, James Blanco, Gina Alajar, Neil Ryan Sese and Julia Clarete, the stars of her special birthday presentation, “Guni-Guni”, that opens in theatres on August 22.
