Aljur Abrenica Happy To Work With Kylie Padilla In The Movie 'Kuratong Baleleng'

AS FOR ALJUR ABRENICA, his fans who’ve been missing him on screen would be pleased to know that he’s currently guesting for three weeks in Julie Ann San Jose and Elmo Magalona’s “Together Forever”, now on its new slot every Saturday after “Startalk”. He’s currently shooting a movie with his future father in law, Robin Padilla, ‘Kuratong Baleleng’. He’ll also soon shoot the GMA Films Metro-Manila filmfest entry, “Cono Problems”. On TV, he was supposed to do “Sana Dalawa ang Puso Ko”, but the latest news is he’ll now do the local version of the Koreanovela, “Coffee Prince”.

“I was excited sa ‘Sana Dalawa ang Puso Ko’ kasi it’ll reunite us ni Kris Bernal with Director Maryo de los Reyes na siyang nagdirek sa amin noon sa first hit soap naming ‘Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin’ which really boosted our love team and our careers. Pero iba na raw project ang gagawin ni Direk Maryo with Dingdong Dantes kaya ‘Coffee Prince’ na rin ang gagawin namin.”

He’s paired with GF Kylie Padilla in “Kuratong Baleleng”. “Nagpapasalamat talaga ako kay Sir Robin na kinuha niya ako for this movie. Napakabait nilang lahat sa akin at maasikaso sa shooting. Thankful din ako to GMA Artist Center na pinayagan nila kong gawin ang pelikulang ito.”

So how’s it working with Kylie? “Hindi kami ang magkasama sa eksena but so far, okay naman. Masaya.”
