Pilipinas Got Talent Runnerup Khalil Ramos Now More Active Than Winners Maasinhon Trio

WHEN KHALIL RAMOS joined “Pilipinas Got Talent” as a singer, he had no inkling he’ll also eventually be tapped by ABS-CBN to be an actor. He’s now one of Kathryn Bernardo’s leading men in “The Princess and I”.

Born on January 22, 1996 in Paranaque, Khalil is the son of Lito Ramos and Teresa Nepomuceno. He’s a high school senior at Colegio San Agustin this coming June. His dad started to train him as a singer when he was only 5.

He took further voice lessons with Jay Valencia Glorioso of UP. He’s just the second placer in ‘Pilipinas Got Talent, Season 3’ but he’s now much more visible compared to the big winners, Maasinhon Trio.

“I’m excited to try acting and I’m glad my first project is a big show like ‘The Princess and I’,” he says. “I’m very thankful that everyone is helpful to me, considering I’m a total newcomer at di gaya nilang more experienced than me.”
