The fact remains that the movies made by Sarah with Gerald earned more money at the tills than the movies made by the Kim-Gerald love team.
Also, these days, it’s not the stars alone who determine if a movie would be a big success. It’s the material and the treatment given to it. Stars that do not have ardent noisy fans like Anne Curtis, Cristine Reyes and Derek Ramsay come up with a monster hit like “No Other Woman”, and even comedians like John Lapus and Vice Ganda, who have no diehard followers like the Kimeralds, make hit movies and hit TV shows. So, these fanatical fans should stop making any demands as they can no longer make or break the film or TV projects of the stars they support and idolize.
