Dina Bonnevie Ties The Knot For The 3rd Time With Ilocos Sur Vice Gov. Deogracias Savellano

DINA BONNEVIE’S motto is obviously “If at the first and second try, you don’t succeed, then you should try again.” Her first marriage to Vic Sotto and second marriage to Dick Penson both failed and ended in annulment, so now that she has turned 51 on January 27, Dina tied the knot for the third time with Ilocos Sur. Vice Gov. Deogracias Victor Savellano, who’s 8 years younger than her as he was born on Nov. 25, 1959. See also, Vic Sotto on Dina Bonnevie.

Vice Gov DV is a UP graduate, major in economics and has an M.A. in business administration from Monterey Institute of International Studies in California. He started in politics in 1981 as vice mayor of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, his birthplace. He was also elected governor of Ilocos Sur in 2001. He was chairman of the League of Vice Governors of the Philippine from 1998 to 2001 and is the current VP for Luzon of the Leagues of Provinces. His first wife was Rita Heredia and they have three daughters and one son.

Vice Gov. DV is now producing “Biag ni Lam-Ang”, the Ilocano epic starring Rocco Nacino and Rochelle Pangilinan that will be filmed this month on location in Ilocos Sur under the direction of Ana Agabin. He and Dina were introduced to each other by Councilor Mike Planas (husband of Pat-P Daza of ABS-CBN) and they were married in civil rites at the Antipolo Regional Trial Court on March 28. Dina’s two kids with Vic, Danica and Oyo, attended the civil wedding together with their respective spouses, Mark Pingris and Kristine Hermosa.
