Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera to watch Manny Pacquiao's fight in Vegas next month

DINGDONG DANTES has finished shooting two new films: “The Aswang Chronicles” with Lovi Poe directed by Erik Matti and “Dance of the Steel Bars” with British actor Patrick Bergin, directed by Cesar Apolinario and the wife of broadcaster Jiggy Manicad. He has also started shooting the Metro filmfest entry, “Segunda Mano”, with Kris Aquino, directed by Joyce Bernal. He hopes to finish it before he and GF Marian Rivera fly to Las Vegas next month to watch the fight of their friend Manny Pacquiao with Juan Manuel Marquez.

“We’d like to show our support to him sa latest fight niya,” says Dingdong.

“I promised Kuya Manny pupunta kami roon para manood ng laban niya,” says Marian, who got to work with the champ in “Show Me Da Manny”. “Hopefully, tapos na tapos na by then pati post-production work ko for our filmfest entry, ‘Panday Ikalawang Aklat’, at makapag-advanced taping na ako for ‘Amaya’ that will air until mid-January. Mas gumanda ang story dahil Sid Lucero as Bagani thought namatay ako but I jumped off a cliff and fell into the water. Pero nakuha ako ng isang boat na lulan si Aljur Abrenica as Dayaw. He rescues me at nang magkamalay ako, puro di ko na kilala ang mga Manobong nakapaligid sa akin. Matutuwa naman sina Gina Alajar as Lamitan and Ryan Eigenmann as Angaway dahil akala nila, namatay nga ako.”
