GMA-7 supports Aljur Abrenica even if some people make fun of his acting

WHAT CAN ALJUR ABRENICA say about a director who makes fun of him by calling the actors in his show as Machete actors when he dislikes the way they perform? “Wala akong masasabi,” he shrugs. “I know maraming nagsasabing di nila nagustuhan ang acting ko pero kanya-kanya lang opinion yan and I respect their opinion. Basta I won’t let it discourage me at pagbubutihin ko na lang lalo sa susunod kong roles.”

GMA-7 continues to believe in Aljur and he’s reunited with Kris Bernal in “The Ring Tone”, the episode that will replace “Bampirella” in “Spooky Nights” this April. He’s also in the cast of two new films: “Temptation Island” where he’ll re-create the role of the late Alfie Anido and the filmfest entry, “Ang Panday, Ikalawang Yugto”, where he’s happy to be acting with Sen. Bong Revilla.
