LOOKS LIKE Phil Younghusband’s fans are really very possessive. When it was reported that he has a girlfriend and she’s Denisse Oca, the 23-year old eldest daughter of actress Melissa Mendez, his fans quickly attacked Denisse in blogs at social network sites. The story goes that they met in a bar and became on, but Denisse chose to part ways when Phil was linked to Angel Locsin. Denisse joined “The Debutante” on Q11 before but she now has a regular non-showbiz job. Phil fans are accusing her of using him to make a name for herself and get into showbiz.
Denisse quickly clarified in her Twitter account that she and Phil are just friends and the rumors that they became on aren’t true. Phil himself twitted: “Things being made an issue out of nothing. Please consider the feelings of the people involved.”
Just goes to show how hot Phil is these days. We hope he’ll just keep his promise to stick to football and not also go into showbiz.
