Marvin Agustin will get married next year

MARVIN AGUSTIN doesn’t hide his age. “I turned 32 last Saturday (January 29),” he says at the final presscon of “Beauty Queen” where he plays the much hated character of Donald. 32 and still single? “Next year, 33 na ako, I’ll get married,” he laughs. “Biglang ganun, ano? Honestly, ayokong pa-pressure sa mga tao na mag-asawa na ko. Pinaghahandaan yang mabuti.”

What can he say about the news that his ex-partner Jolina Magdangal is planning to tie the knot with musician Mark Escueta soon? “That’s fine with me. Jolens and I communicate on Twitter and I’m happy for her kasi I can see masaya siya kay Mark at mahal na mahal siya nito. We’ve remained friends naman at kahit nga sa harap ni Mark, nabibiro ko si Jolens kasi alam niyang naging close friends kami talaga.”

As Donald, he returns to “Beauty Queen” in its final week to help Iza Calzado and mom Elizabeth Oropesa in their fight against Carmi Martin and Juan Rodrigo. Aside from this, Marvin is also busy promoting his film “Ikaw ang Pag-ibig” where he is a priest with leukemia who fights it with help from the Virgin of Penafrancia.
