Erik Santos has many reasons to celebrate this Christmas

ERIK SANTOS is no doubt the most successful “Star in a Million” winner and this year is his most fruitful so far. He had two big concerts, both soldouts, especially the one at Meralco Theatre he himself produced. He did several shows abroad and is now co-hosting “Star Power” with Sharon Cuneta. He also got into acting in “Maalaala Mo Kaya”, getting good feedback. “Marami talagang blessings,” he beams.

To celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, Erik as Prince of Pop comes up with a new Christmas album, “All I Want for Christmas”, and will spread cheer in SM Malls this holiday season. “All I Want for Christmas” is a collection of classic holiday tunes with original songs. The first single is Happy Merry Christmas, an original song about pure joy and happiness during the holiday season, made with another version , SM Chrism, to accompany SM Mall shoppers while they go through their Christmas lists. Erik also revives Ariel Rivera’s Sana Ngayong Pasko in one of the most heartfelt versions of this classic Christmas hit. “Mas may tama sa puso,” says Almed Garcia of Bakcroom. Other songs in the album are “Silent Night/Holy Night”, “Hark the Herald”, “First Noel”, “Ngayong Pasko”, “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlement”, “Christmas Song” and many more.

Celebrate the Christmas spirit with Erik as he visits your favorite SM Malls: SM Fairvew on December 11 at 3 PM, SM Muntinlupa on December 12, SM San Fernando 3 PM and SM Clark 6 PM on December 17, SM Bacoor 3 PM and SM Dasmarinas 6 PM on December 20, and SM Rosales 5 PM on December 21.
