AFTER AN expensive campaign to look for new models in their Picture Flawless contest, the “less is more” beauty center Flawless of Ruby Coyiuto Sy has opted to tap a new endorser for their four top of the line services: Shape and Sculpt, a revolutionary body-shaping advanced technology; Flawless Nutraceuticals, a line of healthy dietary supplements; Sweatox, a revolutionary way to control sweaty glands; and ZerO’C Finish, a pore-minimizing facial procedure. This is balikbayan hunk and former Cosmo coverboy Edward Mendez, who’s 26 and stands 6 feet. He did some bit roles years ago but he went to the U.S. to get a sports science degree at the University of Maryland College Park (UMCP). When he returned home early this year, ABS-CBN got him to do a meaty role in “Magkaribal”.
“It’s an honor to endorse Flawless and have my own billboard like their other endorsers, Lorna Tolentino, Richard Gutierrez, Mark Herras, and Butch Francisco,” he says. “It’s a privilege to be part of the Flawless family.
Edward is shown shirtless in his billboard to highlight his well toned physique. How does he keep fit? “I work out and play basketball three times a week, I eat right, and I go to Flawless for their excellent services that contribute to one’s general well being,” he beams. “I’m thankful for their trust in me and I hope I don’t disappoint in helping spread the good word about Flawless to make a difference in people’s lives.”
