Andi Eigenmann defends herself from maldita tag

ANDI EIGENMANN knows she’s the subject of blind items saying she’s abusive to her make up artist. “Very identifiable namang ako kasi they mention holy water,” she says. “Di Agua Bendita yun, my former show. Maldita raw ako sa make up artist ko. Pero kung totoo yan, di sana, umalis na yung make up artist ko. Bakit nasa akin pa rin siya hanggang ngayon? Tinanong ko nga siya kung may kinukuwento siya sa ibang tao about me, wala naman daw. Kung may time man na I change her make up, yun yung kapag sobrang makapal ang blush on kasi mamula-mula na talaga ang cheeks ko kaya hindi dapat lagyan ng maraming blush on. Pero sinasabi ko naman sa kanya yun properly at never akong nagtaray ng wala sa lugar.”

We asked the people she work with at the “Isla Engkanto” episode of “Shake, Rattle & Roll 12” if she’s really a maldita on the set and they said she’s not. “Mabait nga siya at di mareklamo,” says director Topel Lee. “When she was not able to react the way I wanted her to in a scene where she’s attacked by engkantos, inulit-ulit namin kasi it has to be perfect pag nilagyan ng special effects, but okay lang sa kanya and she never complained kahit mahirap ang pinagagawa sa kanya.”

Those who saw the “Shake, Rattle & Roll 12” premiere last Sunday say Andi’s episode is the best, but there are also those like the episodes of Carla Abellana (“Funeraria”) and Shaina Magdayao (“Mamanyika”) are better.
