STARSTRUCK V WINNER SARAH LAHBATI HAS NEW FILM AND TV SHOW

WE’RE HAPPY Starstruck V winner Sarah Lahbati is getting more assignments. On TV, GMA-7 gave her a regular soap as she’s included in “Little Star”, the new drama directed by Maryo de los Reyes starring Jennylyn Mercado, Lovi Poe and Mark Anthony Fernandez. (Patrick Garcia was offered to be part of this but he begged off as he doesn’t want any to figure anew in any intrigues with Jennylyn now that they’re in good terms once again.) “It’s a perfect birthday gift for me,” says Sarah who just turned 17 on October 9.

On the big screen, she also plays a good role in Regal’s pre-Halloween offering, “White House”. “Kapatid ko si Jairus Aquino at pareho kaming napasali sa reality show as contestants na matutulog sa loob ng haunted house,” she says. “It’s a great feeling na makasama ko sa movie the likes of Gabby Concepcion as the chief espiritista investigating the haunting at si Iza Calzado as the black lady, pati na rin ang co-contestants kong sina DJ Mo, Lovi Poe and Megan Young. I enjoyed working with all of them.”
